we spent a week in may in disney world with my dad and sister. it was so much fun and a much needed vacation to go into summer semester. we left saturday morning, had a layover, and got to florida that night. sunday we spent the day relaxing, went to church, and walked around the orlando temple. we also hung out at our resort playing mini golf and using their swan boats.

david is sooo excited. 

 i was almost too embarrassed to post this, but i mean this picture is a win on every level. meghan has a bag on her head, david looks a little uncertain, i look like a fool, the guy in front of my has paws like a mouse, and the guy in the front is just not having it. 

 i will just address my awful hair now. 90% humidity+naturally curly hair=afro for emily. hair fail. 

 the poncho is back....

monday we hit the parks bright and early. we started in hollywood studios, made our way over to the magic kindom, and back to epcot. we like to keep things interesting in the harding household and like to jump around a lot. it was super hot and super busy but we still managed not to wait in line longer than ten minutes and rode over 15 rides. 

tuesday terry did his own thing while meg, david and i started in magic kingdom, made our way over to animal kindgom and ended back up in magic kindom. animal kindgom was great, no one was there and we rode the two rides we wanted with no wait. magic kindgdom that night was great. meghan watched the parade and shows, while david and i rode splash mountain three times. 

wednesday we took a break from disney and headed over to harry potter land. i had been to the hogsmeade portion when it first opened but not diagon alley. it was incredible and everything i could imagine. the crazy thing about it was that meghan and i were able to visit the real diagon alley in london where they have it set up in their studio tour. the frozen butter beer was on point as always. we explored the rest of the parks as well.

thursday we headed back to universal studios for a few hours to ride our favorite rides and then headed back to our resort to relax. david and i played mini golf, walked around and went swimming. it was a great day to relax and gear up for our final day in disney world. 

friday was our most epic day. 8:30am -10:30 pm. we hit epcot bright and early again to ride soarin' and test track. it was great. we made our way over to hollywood studio to use our fast passes and ride our favorites again. it was also star wars weekend which was pretty cool to see as well. we made our way over to animal kingdom and then ended the night in magic kingdom. yep, 4 parks in one day. it was awesome and such a great way to end the trip. 

oh man, there are two things i love so much in life, disney and the utes, just wait for the day when it comes to announce children and we incorporate that in to it ha. (this was not an announcement.)
