time flies

its so crazy how fast time goes by. i was being a facebook stalker to myself and looking at everything from high school and all the old friends and yeah.. i would pretty much give anything to go back to high school and i know i cannot and if i could it would not be the same but seriously how have i already been out of high school for this long. like its crazy. i have done so much but have still so much left to do. from graduating hair school to going to real college to everything. i am ready to leave the bubble of gr/rs and see what i can do. i have always had such i aspirations for myself and always have had the outlook of go big or dont goand yeah. so now i am sitting here waiting for my sister to have my nephew..tonight/tomorrow.. my guess is 9-27-09 at 1:05 am. cant wait to meet my new nephew cade.

School and life..

School...
ok so my favorite question in the entire world is.....so what are you doing with your life...i get it on a daily basis. its great..
Here is what i am doing. currently i am going to college and majoring in business..except i remembered why i didnt go to real college in the first place and it is because i dont do well with school. i dont like it. my classes are ok but its just there are so many tests and so much reading and homework that it sucks so i am dropping out at semester i think..BUT here is the new plan which i am sticking to. so all those who doubt me read this and compare in a year. i am going to continue with my fabulous job at the theatre (NOT) until about march april ish. then i will be moving to colorado springs with my best friend jamin who is going to grad school down there. i am going to work and pursue my passion of hair and leave the bubble of rock springs wyoming.

Life..
life has been great except ever since jamin left i was so sad and things werent really good and i was figuring alot out about myself and other people and who to trust and who really matters...basically i am out of my little "depression" haha and things are finally good. life is to short to spend upset and even though people promise things they cant keep and say things they dont mean its all for a reason and i have only come out stronger:)

Work..
i have also somewhat discovered why i have stuck around the theatre for hmm...more than four years now.. not only the people but i just love movies..my dream job is to be a movie critic. never will happen but thats ok because i love it anyway..i can be a movie critic for other people which is kinda how it is now. i get random texts all the time asking about movies and how they were and all that and people love it..thats why they continue to come back..jk. but anyway.. i am done the rant.

sUmMeR of the 09...

to start the blog off..these would be pictures of a great night at work when the power went out. anytime there is a storm in rs the power goes out..not good. especially since we are a very large business and we have very expensive equipment. so during the power outage we watched the lightning storm which was probably the coolest thing ever. better than fireworks. it was amazing to see what nature can do.

Summer 09.

so i know this post is really late..but better late than never..

if i had to describe this summer in one word..AMAZING

seriously the best one ever. at the beginning i didnt actually even care. i just wanted it to go on and yeah we would all live our lives...but what really happened is Jamin came home. jamin is a manager i work with at the theatre..she worked with me in 07 and then went back to college and we kept in touch but not really..anyway this summer alot of drama happened at the theatre and we both wanted lots of hours so ended up doing extra stuff until 5 in the morning sometimes and she helped me paint my party room(i will blog that too when i have pictures). anyways long story short we started talking..alot. and then we started hanging out..alot. and then we became inseperable. i also got way close to some other people at work..mason who was part of the jamin and emily trio, laice my sister and ashlee my cousin and many more. we just did so many fun things and random things..this is a small town so mostly stuff noone has ever heard of..but needless to say from the slip n slide, to the 25 trips to ihop at 3 in the morning to midnight movies, lagoon, gypsy pranks and harry potter it was probably the best summer i could have asked for before i leave.

so we have successfully created the worlds longest slip n slide. just kidding. it could be but who knows. anyway this is seriously one of the funnest things ever. its at least 135 feet long and 4 feet wide. it started at the water fight in the green river theatre in summer of 2007 and when we ran out of ammo we decided to use one of the pieces plastic that used to protect the roof and put it on the slant in the green river theatre. then last summer we took it up to blair town and started a new tradition of doing it on the hill there. the cops usually come to see whats going on and are pretty much shocked at what they find but we havent gotten in any major trouble so far.

So how summer is already almost over i have no idea. it has gone by so fast. i dont think i have come home before 2 in the morning once. its been so crazy and so much fun i am sad to see it go

HARRY POTTER pt 2.

HARRY POTTER!!
so my obsession continues!! harry potter and the half blood prince on tuesday was amazing. i was contemplating wether i should wait outside the theatre again this year and decided against it because i would have to get out of line when i watched it EARLY anyways. and then i decided to get in line when i re watched it at midnight. i have now seen it a total of 3.5 times and will watch it many many more times to come. i LOVE it. best movie yet. they did leave out some stuff, but the 2 parts of seven will be EPIC.

HARRY POTTER!!

ok so most everyone knows how much i love harry potter. no not love. how much i am OBSESSED. i dont even know why. it started off when i was way young and its what got me to read books. anyway this past week some friends from the theatre and i had a Harry Potter marathon. We watched all the movies each night this week and now i cannot wait for the 6th. its going to be amazing. i have been waiting so long for it. soo my next post will be the premiere..maybe. a bunch of us are all dressing up so it will be fun..
