salt lake with the fam

so the family decided we had to go down monday to salt lake...for a wedding and to go christmas shopping and see the lights.. waiting inside away from the freezing cold

so after the roommate get together a few people wanted to go up to salt lake to look at the christmas lights and because i havent seen them in a while of course i had to go haha. even though it was freezing cold it was still a ton of fun.
pink is my favorite color and all these trees were covered in pink lights..

so for christmas me and the roommates decided to do a little gift exchange...so we each drew a name...also we went out to dinner at chilis and just all hung out for a little while..

this is the night of the first real snowfall in provo.. i am scared to go back to provo and see how much snow is there now.

my cute decorated apartment

so all i wanted for my apartment was a christmas tree...whats christmas with out a tree so when i went home for nutcracker my mom bought me a tree and i just used all of her left over decorations..here are the roommates our tree!

i also got stockings for each of us even thought they werent really filled they were still fun to have

so i went home for the weekend again with erin and todd...it was fun. i pretty much just hung out at home since during thanksgiving all i did was work..
friday night i got into town just to see my sisters dance at curtain call in the ballet...and saturday i got to watch it for the first time ever..well besides professional productions..but it made me really sad not to be one of the dancers this year..maybe next year haha...
my sister had some amazing parts and had 3 soloists. i am so proud of her and love love watching her. she has grown up so much and i cant believe she is turning sixteen tomorrow!!
